Has anyone else noticed the brightness of the lights closest to the billboard in the parking lot of the Drury?  When I first saw them I thought - those are the brightest lights on a car that I have ever seen or is that a plane coming in for a landing!  My husband said that they were lighting up the building but they aren't.  They appear to be pointing up and straight south.  I know they can light up their parking lot but shouldn't they be screened or baffled so as not to light up the entire neighborhood.  Take a drive north on Sulphur (go down the hill) from Columbia and they practically blind you.  Is there some rule that they are supposed to be following in regard to parking lot lighting?  If so, I don't think they are following them!

3boys,
I was still residing in Forest Park Southeast when all this started, was there a Environmental Impact Study done?

Our neighbors residing in the Drury area need our help.
Seems the lights are causing a problem, and it seems like daylight 24/7.
They need our help, and request everyone to Contact Alderman William Waterhouse about the problem.
